This is my personal apartment, where I've lived for a wonderful time. It's on the sixth floor, the top and most beautiful floor, where the balcony has no ceiling?just the sky! And of course, there's no noise from above. I can sell the apartment furnished with my carefully chosen furniture, which I've always kept. The building has convenient amenities, and the neighbors are not intrusive but rather friendly. We even see some cute dogs, as they're allowed in Mudon Views. The view from the windows and balcony is towards Dubai. So, you can clearly see most of Dubai's major landmarks: Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and of course, Dubai Sports City and your neighbors in Damac Hills. Everything is clearly visible.
